Tow Center founding director Emily Bell presented findings from the multi-year Platforms and Publishers project at the Global Editors Network (GEN) summit in Lisbon, Portugal in June; later that month, she presented them again at the formal launch of the project’s final report, “Friend and Foe: The Platform Press at the Heart of Journalism.” A video of her GEN speech is available below, followed by the slides from Bell’s presentation and a downloadable PDF of those slides.
